Terms

Please confirm every deal before you buy.

What Deal Miner provides

Deal Miner is a free, early-stage tool that uses read-only Gmail access to find and summarize promotional offers for your private deal page. Deal Miner is not a retailer, seller, coupon issuer, payment processor, or party to any transaction between you and a third party.

Offers are informational

Offer summaries, categories, images, savings estimates, expiration dates, and rankings are generated from email content and may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate. A displayed savings amount is an estimate, not money earned, credited, or guaranteed. Retailers and other senders—not Deal Miner—control eligibility, inventory, price, availability, geographic restrictions, exclusions, redemption, expiration, and all final terms.

You are responsible for opening the original message, reviewing the retailer's current terms, and confirming the price and offer at checkout before making a purchase or other decision. Deal Miner does not provide financial, legal, tax, or purchasing advice and does not guarantee that any offer will be honored.

Your account and responsibilities

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and may connect only a Google account that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity under your session and for keeping your devices and Google account secure. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or resell its output, introduce malicious code, or use it in violation of law or another person's rights.

You may disconnect Gmail and delete your Deal Miner account from within the service, or revoke access through your Google Account. Our handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and content

Deal Miner depends on services operated by Google, retailers, email senders, hosting providers, and other third parties. Links, images, product names, trademarks, and offer content belong to their respective owners. Deal Miner does not control or endorse third-party sites, products, policies, security, or availability. Your interactions and transactions with a third party are solely between you and that third party and are governed by its terms and policies.

Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may add, change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of Deal Miner at any time. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, legal requirements, or reasons outside our control. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the service is being abused, or continued access creates security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deal Miner is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the service or its results will be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deal Miner and its operator, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or the cost of substitute services, arising from or related to Deal Miner, an offer, a third-party service, or these Terms—even if advised that such damages are possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Deal Miner and its operator for all claims arising from or related to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Deal Miner to use the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $100.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and even if a remedy fails its essential purpose. They do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Deal Miner and its operator, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your unlawful misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Deal Miner's own unlawful conduct.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will post the updated Terms and revise the date below. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not accept them, stop using Deal Miner and disconnect your account.

General terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Deal Miner about the service. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the service. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship.
